He began his career as a management consultant working for leading French banks like BNP-Paribas, Natixis, Crédit Agricole, and BPCE.

His most notable consulting assignments include: a post-merger integration for two banks resulting in the reassignment of 124 full-time employees and the creation of 76 new positions; a multi-channel marketing plan for an investment bank complying with European regulation and targeting the renewal of € 3.6b mature UCITS; a business process improvement operation for a leading real estate group where he identified potential outsourcing benefits and a € 100m banking IT project, in liaison with 90 employees.

As a financial analyst for KPMG, he planned and executed a complete remediation plan for the distressed French subsidiary of a leading Asian bank.

He also worked as a private equity analyst in an audit and advisory firm for important clients such as Apax, Cinven and Rothshild on audit, business planning, due diligence, and valuation assignments.

Mr. Verny holds a Master in International Strategic Management from the Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a Master in Business Performance from the ESCP Business School.

He is also a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA) and a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) from the French Financial Analyst society (SFAF) of which he is an official member. He received Certifications in Digital Marketing from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM) and in Impact Investing from the ESSEC business school.
